Ça fait la job, mais je préfère vraiment les Avent. Ceux là sont plus petit, un drôle de forme et les élastiques dessus sont juste inutile et rend le pas plus compliquer à bien installer.

En gros, ça fait la job mais je ne rachèterais pas ceux là.

I read an article that these were ideal due to curvature for a large chest (I’m G/H). Not true.
- The pad itself is SMALL. I have issues with “placing” it in the right spot like a target. Does not allow for natural movement or “settling”.
- not curved. It’s just flat with a side webbing to kind of make it seem conical.
- the fake cone shape just makes it MORE by bunchy in the bra when you realize that’s not your normal shape either.
- absorbent but at times feels cold, maybe because there’s moisture against my skin? Unsure about why, but it happens.
- packaging is lovely. Probably where my money is going.

Better product: lansinoh.

I find these small and awkward to use because they dont fully open. They also dont stay stuck to your bra, but leave a sticky residue from the adhesive on the inside of your bra. They also make me SUPER itchy for some reason! Wont be buying these ones again

These aren’t my favourite.. I love other Medela products but this one was a miss for me.
The pad was a little scratchy.. it wasn’t as soft as I was expecting.
Absorbency was fine.
Fit was, kind of small…. It was not something I could wear at night to prevent a leak because as soon as I roll over, it was no longer in position and I’d leak regardless.

Overall it might be a great fit for someone but it wasn’t one of my favourites.

They could really stick on better & they definitely aren’t for big breasted women. Absorbency is OK. If you don’t produce much these are perfect. If you’re an over producer these will be soaked in minutes.

I got these as an alternative to the Lansinoh pads because my main issue with the Lansinoh were the adhesion and the packaging. (Seems trivial but soft packaging is impossible to quickly open/get off your fingers. )

I will be going back to Lansonoh after I finish this box because:

Despite what a bunch of other reviews say I did not find the adhesion of these any better

They are smaller, so if you have large breasts that move around in your bra you have to be very strategic where you place them and keep checking to make sure everything is lined up.

And the main reason is the leakproof walls (?) they have built in. Because of this I can’t get it to lay flat in my bra, and the edges are always ruffled making it a constant itchy irritation.

I will say the packaging is slightly better and less clingy to your hands

The sticky part is so sticky it comes off on my bra, they fold under my breasts from time to time leaving lumps and discomfort. Not the worst but not the best.
