It’s not noisy, and comes well packaged with rubber protection on the Tab screws. Hope will last for a long time. Great buy. I bought 2 right and left rear doors for an e46 wagon.

Ordered this for my 05 330i ZHP E46 and it works. Never replaced one before on a E46, so this was my first attempt. Took me approximately 3 hrs because I took my time. What took me a while was matching up the screw holes for the window to clip to regulator... other than that it was pretty simple. Just don't forget to re-attach the door latch... I had placed everything back and when I tried getting out... I realized I forgot, so I had to pry everything off again...
