Update: Alinsea contacted me and sent me a replacement. I would say that their customer service is superb. Now, about the screen protector. On my second try of installing the screen protector, the finger print scanner worked for a little bit but I couldn't finish the whole process since it stopped reading my finger print. That still happened, even though I already pressed the finger print are for 2minutes after the first 30 second curing. I was disappointed with the result, so, Alinsea sent me another replacement because I really wanted it to work. After doing a litltle bit of research, I tried covering the fingerprint scanner area with the unused alcohol wipe when doing the first 30 seconds curing, and afterwards I pressed down that area for 2 minutes to thin out the glue. Surprisingly,
it worked better than the previous installation experience that I had, although, the scanner is not a fast as when you don't have the tempered glass on but still better than not working at all. Now, I can finally use the fingerprint scanner with no problems.
Installing the screen was not so bad since I am the type of person who pays attention to little and important details. But for someone who has little patience, installing this product maybe be a bit challenging.
The touchscreen works perfectly and I think that the glass is durable enough to protect the phone's screen. I dropped my phone a couple times and the screen protector was still intact. However, one time I accidentally dropped my phone from a higher height, I noticed a long linear crack from the top to the bottom of the screen. The line is not noticeable unless you really pay attention to it. It did have some tiny air bubbles on the edge but I think that was from when I was trying to take the protector out.
One thing I was very disappointed about is that the fingerprint scanner is not working at all. I followed the instructions and even watched the video but to no avail. Nonetheless, this screen protector is realible one in terms of durability.
