Extremely soft steel do not recommend what so ever just spend the extra cash and get a brand like bondhus with lifetime warranty and a much harder S2 grade steel

All of these 'T' shaped sets are pretty much the same in terms of style and strength except there's 2 sizes that are voluntarily missing i realized after receiving . Of course, my sons bike uses 7/32 (size 6) and 7/64 size 3 and are NOT here. you would need a 10 piece to get all the ones needed for a full continuous set.

The hex keys are definite step above the L shaped keys they include with your furniture hardware, and are much easier to use, even though they are not perfect. The handles have a spinning sleeve and it is sharp edged plastic, unlike the smooth rubbery handle. There is no case or holder for the key included. The keys are basically the same L shaped design, encased in plastic, with both ends sticking out. One side of the handle made thinner to accommodate the other end, and I do not think it adds to comfort. The sizes are molded in red plastic and poke through the black rubber coating, and they are not easy to read as some of the numbers only poke through partially.
Anyway, it is a good set to have on hand.

Tools are my husband’s weakness. Every time I see one, I ask him if he wants it. He wanted this, and he was happy to add these to his tool collection. He said the design gives the speed of a T-handle with the torque and leverage of a regular hex key wrench by using the one sticking out the side of the handle. This particular set has all of the major US/non-metric sizes. They've got a sleeve below the handle that you can hold with your fingers of one hand while you spin the T-handle with other. The handle is comfortable and lets you apply a decent amount of torque. Overall, it's a pretty good set and the only thing it's missing is a case or organizer. Recommend.

Stuff to know:
-I think the handle may be molded around a normal hex key (as tested by a probe metal detector). This is important, as this means it is more durable (rather than if it was a single piece of hex stuck in plastic).
-They are easy to hold on to, so you get a lot of torque.
-They are nice and long.
-I don’t know why you would need a T handle for the smaller gauges. For the larger ones, you could likely strip out the bolts (or break them) if not careful. You get a lot of leverage.
-There is a collar that rotates around the bottom of one of the Ts.
-My 5/64” was a bit crooked.

Do you really need a T handle for an Allen wrench? I guess if you’re a mechanic using them for long periods at a time, sure; this is so much more comfortable and gives better control. For casual use, I’d rather a more basic, compact set. That is a matter of preference and need. At this price, it’s a deal.

This is a nice, basic set that's handy to have around. They each have a long option for harder to reach spots and a shorter one, to get more torque. They're comfortable to hold and use. The only semi-complaint my husband has is the lack of organizing provided. They're each attached to a piece of cardboard with cable ties. It would have been a nicer set with something to hold them. Still, my husband has been pleased with them and they've worked well for him.

I got this tool set for my VEX Robotics team to use while building their robot. The hex screwdrivers that VEX sells get rounded out pretty easily so I was looking for something that could help solve that issue. My students were able to use these for a while, but nonetheless they did end up getting slightly rounded out. I will really have to invest in a sturdier product to avoid this problem in the future; however, for the price point this is a decent set of hex T-Handle screwdrivers.

Hex wrenches disappear from my workshop on a regular basis. Unlike other tools that like to play hide and seek, these rarely reappear.

So, like some other tools, I cannot have too many sets.

These work nicely and I do like the T-handles. My old hands don’t work as efficiently as they used to and those handles really help.

Amazon Tools Does It Again

These are a great set of hex keys. The build quality appears to be on point as does the ergonomics of the tools. My only recommendation would be to provide a simple storage case for these. No big deal though, they have a hole in the grips so they can be hung on a workbench prong. Would recommend.
