It's a very good product and I've bought it several times. What I don't understand is labelling it as 'Arthritis Pain Relief Tablets'. It's simply one drug, acetaminophen, which is used as pain relief in many conditions. Labelling it as being for arthritis might confuse people who don't have arthritis.
With other tablets of acetaminophen, for my pain I found one tablet of 500 mg to be not quite enough, so I would take 2, for a total of one gram. However, one tablet of this product (650 mg) seems to do the job, so I'm actually taking less drug than I used to, which is great!
