I wish I was writing a positive review and telling you all about my pearly whites, but such is not the case today. I got this product about a week and a half ago and have been using it daily and gone through about 4 tubes. The results? None existing. When I first got it I checked my teeth with the tooth color scale they give you and I was between a 7-8. Approximately 4 tubes later, im still at the same spot... I read the instructions multiple times and have followed them perfectly, but no progress. Now, I'm aware some peoples teeth don't respond well to teeth whitening but that hasn't been my case. In the past I've used other products that after 2-3 uses have made my teeth look noticeably whiter. I had really high hopes for this product and in all fairness its very simple to use and it doesnt taste bad, I didn't even have sensitive teeth. The disappointing part was the whitening, all I ended up with was irritated gums after increasing the amount once to see if it would help. It didn't, I just had pain in my gums for a day. When I first saw this I couldn't belive it was significantly less than the other big name products, but I suppose theres a reason why the saying "you get what you pay for" exists. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for trying companies that are new and are not as established as the big name companies, but offer the same if not a better product for less because it doesn't carry the "prestigious" name, but once in a while you get burnt. My gums and I got burnt today. Overall I've had overwhelmingly positive experiences trying this on Amazon but today was not the case. Straight to the trash, with gas prices the way they are its not even worth trying to return it and spend more than what its worth driving to a return store. 2/5 Stars. Very disappointed.

1st photo is before I started using product. 2nd photo is after 4th use. Still no change in color of teeth. I will continue to use the product for a bit longer and see if I can get any positive results. It was easy enough to remove the plastic disc protecting the battery however, it is not always easy to turn the light off. The slightest bump on the button turns the light back on. The light is not on a timer so, you must hit it just right. Product arrives in multiple 3cc syringes with directions stating to use .5cc for each treatment. I read that to use .25cc on each side of the tray. I have not attempted to use more product yet. I don’t know if I have misunderstood the directions or if using .5cc of product per tray side would be wasteful. So, I will keep doing what I am doing and update if it gets any better.

Questioning the product and manufacturer.... Not one piece of manufacturing info or phone number on any part of the box or instructions. The instructions had typos so had to go back to Amazon site when purchased, to see what syringes had what product in them:( Not sure if we want to use since there is absolutely no information on any of the product... The "Warranty card" included was nothing more than a shade chart... do you mean to say "guarentee"?

The product is easy to use and I like the UV mouth piece. But the gel wasn’t very strong and even though I have fairly white teeth (I drink coffee & red wine moderately) it didn’t seem to brighten them at all.
When I used the UV mouth piece with another whitening product I got much more noticeable results. YMMV.

I’m unsure how to contact the retailer so bare with me. I want to love it but my light won’t stay on and I have to hold the button down. This means holding it the entire time and rotating fingers for 15 minutes. Sometimes the light won’t come on and I have to push it down several times. This happened first time out of the box so I’ve only used it once.
