Toute est en parfaite condition et très robuste , fonctionne parfaitement avec des vélo pour adulte. Petit point faible le vélo de ma fille (un vélo de 20 pouces) j'arrive pas a le barrer , les barrures ne descendre pas assez bas. Je dois acheter une barre ajustable entre la selle et le guidon pour que la barrure puisse fonctionner. Faite attention avec les vélo électrique !! la plus part de ces vélo la barre est très basse !Le vélo de mon père la barrure non plus ne fonctionne pas. Je vais devoir lui aussi acheter une barre central , prendre note sur la photo du produit ce n'est pas tout le monde qui possède ce genre de vélo afficher !!Alors seulement mon vélo Standard qui fonctionne bien avec le rack et la barrure

It’s an ok rack but it’s way overpriced. Worth no more than $250. I only carry one Ebike and it’s a bit shakey I wouldn’t feel comfortable carrying 2. I usually have better luck with Amazons reviews, this one shouldn’t have been more than a 3 star, especially for the price.

Poor quality locking components

The locking components are poor quality plastic and perform poorly. If you can get the locking device to seat and lock on the post, good luck getting it off after. Thought I must be missing something so I contacted Hyperax. No I was not missing anything but the $500 I paid for this rack. I bundled it back up and returned to Amazon. Pretty sure that my bikes would eventually end up on the pavement being popped off this rack with its plastic latch and lock fittings. My bikes are too valuable to trust to this poor quality product.

Key Broke in Half After 5 Uses

I've owned this rack for a couple weeks now and aside from how wobbly the rack is (the clearances on all the parts are much bigger than they should be), the only real complaint I have is the locking mechanism and the key.

The vertical member that holds the top of the bike in place has a lock on it to keep people from lifting it up and removing your bike. That lock has always been very difficult to engage but today when I went to lock up my bike, the key broke in half. Luckily nobody stole my bike but the faulty key and lock put me at risk of losing my bike. If I didn't have a second key, I would have to cut off the lock that holds the rack to the hitch of my car because I can't leave that rack permanently attached to my car. I'm going to do everything I can to try and return this bike rack because I never want to use the locking mechanism again, even if they replace the key. The risk is too great.

I do not like the fact the company that sent the unit, does not have a phone number, the hitch pin will not go through the bar, I email them and they want every number on the equipment, useless rack, unless I want to drill the hole bigger, so the pin will fit. I also asked why the hitch pin is threaded. again they did not explain. The assembly manual is very weak, just pictures

The E-bike hitch did not fit in a 2 inch hitch on a dodge truck. The pin that came with the hitch was too short . This pin also had threads which required a bolt and not a Carter pin to hold it securely.
