Great products, great customer service

I live in Canada and therefore everything is more expensive when buying from an American company. I’ve purchased 3 of these cameras, a battery powered doorbell, pan and tilt indoor camera, and the indoor 2k camera. So needless to say, I’ve invested a lot of money into eufy. Their HomeKit and Alexa integration work exactly as advertised. The app has quite a lot of settings that are straightforward and gives you the ability to set your home up exactly to your needs. And is really user friendly.
Their customer service beats any other I’ve needed to communicate with. Alexandra From their team fixed an issue I was having with shipping a few items out and I’ve never really encountered a more patient, understanding, friendly agent. She stayed on the phone to ensure every last issue was resolved. I find that when I communicate with other companies, I’m rushed off the phone or directed to an email address and an issue that could simply be resolved in a few minutes is stretched out over a few weeks. The best part is that they actually have a phone number to talk to a real person! It’s getting harder to find a company that cares about you after they take your money. After dealing with Eufy customer service I actually felt like going out and buying more of their products just because I can know if I have a problem, they are there to help.
These devices, though I’ve only had them for a short time, just work. I’d does exactly what it’s supposed to do and doesn’t give me a hard time. If a device acts up, the reset is extremely easy. I recently moved and I had connection issues but it was due to my network, but resetting took minutes.
You are not going to go wrong with these devices, your not blowing the budget, you’ll get amazing service, you’ll be getting simple to use products and most importantly, piece of mind knowing your home is that much safer with Eufy.
