Great quality! My daughter loves it. It fits easily in her mouth and she’s able to chew away on it. Frozen fruits and veggies in there had been great for some relief from teething. She also chews on the silicon handle and nubs to soothe her gums.
This is by far the best little feeder thing I’ve used. 4 kids later, I’ve used a number of them and they all use mesh bags that never seem to get clean enough and eventually get gross. So far this has been a wonderful tool to use with baby led feedings and my son loves being able to chew on the handle! The other ones we’ve used are all hard plastic and I can tell you that more than once, one of my kiddos has hit themselves in the face with the plastic ones... it doesn’t feel good... one time it left a bruise on my daughters cheek... I feel much better about the silicone handle on this feeding tool
I got this and the oxo version together. My little one prefers this one as it's easier for him to squeeze out the fruit or whatever better. He also likes the ends as he's teething and they seem to sooth his gums. It's not awful to clean, we tend to invert it to push out whatever frit skin or pulp that might be left behind.
I have used this a few times to feed some fruits that were hard for baby to hold for baby led weaning, such as blueberries and kiwi. It's worked well, and aside from dripping juices while she chews on the feeder, it's relatively mess-free. That's a huge benefit if you are primarily doing baby led weaning, since everything requires so much cleanup.
Recently, I've detached the feeder from the teether handle and she's been playing and chewing on the teether. I didn't realize she had teeth coming in, so didn't buy anything specifically for teething and so far this teether handle has worked out great! It has different textures on the ears that she likes to chew on.
