I bought a 2 pack of these cables and one is already giving me issues. I use a LG C1 OLED TV and I have my PC hooked up HDMI. Overtime I noticed that I was getting a flicker here and there thinking just AMD drivers I tried all drivers and the same. A flicker here and there.
Then I noticed I was getting some sort of audio pop then it frequently got worse. So I ended up using the other cable I got and this one so far is working fine. No flicker or audio pop.
Maybe it was a bad idea cheaping out on HDMI 2.1 cables. I hBe a relatively high end PC using a 5800x3d and a 6950xt on a LG C1 OLED 120hz so I think cheaping out on cables was a bad idea on my part
Yes they look nice, are durable and a great value for what you get, but they cannot perform as the description claims. Adequete for a computer monitor, but do your research for what you intend to push thru these. Could not handle XBox One X, bought certified cable elsewhere and had no issues.
Video out was great. It's just 1 of the 2 cords received was faulty. Kept getting flickering video and color distortion. The other cord worked fine. Had this on a ps5 with a oled tv. Fps was maxed out. Response was greate. So when the cords work. They work. It's just 50/50 at this point.
As title suggests my spectrum cable box completely stopped working with SB-3804 HDCP error code and I had to switch cables. My Denon receiver's CBL/SAT seemed to be blocked even after switching to the older cable. However the cable works fine with Computer, 4k Player to monitor and has rich and deep colors and sharpness with more detail which is immediately noticeable.
Used these for 2 months for a 4k hdr signal, then signal started losing sync every 4 minutes (awful when trying to play a game), and I had to get new hdmi cables. Not sure how these would ever support 8k.. pass on these, get a different brand
These last roughly three months. Considering it cost me $13 that’s not the worst case scenario, but I did end up having to go to target and replace it with a brand name cable so did I really save any money in the end?
