J’ai acheté ces flocons de lupins ajouter des protéines dans mes soupes et à ma grandes surprise, c’est délicieux. Je peux faire en manger en remplaçant le riz. Je ne suis pas végétarienne, mais je me cherchais un aliment avec une bonne source de protéine et en voici un. Assez dispendieux, mais ça en vaux le coût!

It’s a 3 to 1 ratio of water or broth to flakes. There really isn’t any discernible flavour. Add whatever spices you like to make it go with whatever cooking. Garlic, fried onion, chillies etc…
I like Lebanese 7 spice, and curry powder or Tajin spice for Mexican. Just keep experimenting…you really can’t go wrong.

Fast cooking very low carb

I add a couple of tablespoons to my oatmeal before cooking. Also replace 1/2 the amount of rice with the lupini flakes or just as a completely separate side dish. Only wish it was cheaper than listed. Cannot find this product anywhere else except on Amazon.
