I bought this as a CHRISTMAS present to someone, and the card never worked. I know it never worked because I was with her, EMBARASSINGLY, when she tried to use it the first time. Now we're in MID MARCH and because of some kind of ERROR, i keep calling and messaging and calling Amazon Help Desk and I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN REFUNDED. They tell me to wait for an email from their gift certificate people, i get the email, I call again, I talk to someone, they say they have to look into this because "something is wrong with the system"... and I'm STILL OUT 50 BUCKS.
