I didn't really notice any difference with this product; but didn't start out taking 6 capsules a day for the first two weeks, that adds up to 84 capsules altogether. While there are only 90 capsules in this one container, you use up most of them in the first two weeks, leaving only 6 capsules. This means you really need to order at least 2 containers. This product also contains shellfish; which many people are highly allergic to, so should contain an alert.

I have been taking 3 of the ingredients in this supplement already, so this is a natural addition for me. Although the mgs/serving needs to be divided by 3 to get a per capsule amount. The bottle came with a double seal, but the expire date was not legible. I assume it is ok, as no other reviews mention it. This will allow me to reduce my total pill count by being a combo of a few. The capsules are about the same size as others I take and easy to swallow. Haven’t noticed any positive or negative change, but that is a good thing, since it was already in my daily routine.

Though im not really sure about the pain relief aspect, I do think it's always a good idea to take vitamins when you can, and these are pretty good. They don't taste too strong, and they're easy to swallow, which is always good for vitamins. Theres a bunch too, so you wont have to restock for a while.
