Something everyone who starts to draw has to have. I like this book even more than one about how to draw a cat simply because, in this book, the author has a different approach when it comes to showing how to draw a flower. At the beginning of the book there are simplified drawings and flowers easier to draw but page by page, the drawings become more and more complex and the flowers become more detailed. I like that approach because it gives a chance to those who already mastered simple forms of drawing to work on more complex drawings.
The book consists of 29 flowers to draw each with the stages outlined, ending up with a flower in the style of those on the book cover. For those who don't know where to start, this is a useful short book. I'm going to use the images to do linocut printing and it's just the job.
