Wish there was an option for warm white

Light works totally fine, it’s just not what I was looking for. I hate the bright white light, it almost feels like a fluorescent light. I wish there was a way to toggle between to a warmer white light. It also doesn’t do the “sunrise” function that I wanted it to.

I have a terrible case of the “Winter blues”. I take vitamin d, but there’s no way for me to get any sun because by the time I leave work, the sun is or has gone down. I use this light on my lunch break everyday. When I first bought it, I honestly didn’t believe in it but like most women, we buy stuff anyway. Well I walk away feeling like I’ve sat outside on a warm day. The light doesn’t offer any heat, but it’s very bright. The only way I know to explain the after feeling is energetic, light, and it lightens my mood.

This would be that much better of a product if it had an auto on/off feature. Like an alarm that comes on at your desires brightness on those super gloomy days. I like it for what it’s worth, just wish it had a few key features.

This wasn't bad, but with other 'SAD' lamps I tend to think the intensity is part of the experience. This isn't all that intense --- which may or may not be a good thing for you. The color seemed right. I did get this at a point in my 'SAD' lamp experience where I was already sold on the effectiveness.
