I was disappointed by the state of the product when it arrived; a bit of paint chipped, scuffed-up/dirty rubber holders and sticker ripped. Should be better packaged or checked before shipping. Unfortunately things rapidly got worse. One of plastic ends of the holders was broken off in the box but I did not notice until the rack was on my car (see photo). The hexagonal holes on each holder are inconsistent in size and many would not hold the nut when tightening the bolt with the Allen key. As a result the bike slid around while driving. Finally, I noticed rust on the second day of use (see photos). Finally, a Tetris expert might be able to fit 4 adult bikes on this, but I cannot imagine getting more than 3. In 'Retrospect' I deeply regret going with a generic brand to save a bit of money. Will return and purchase a quality product instead.
