To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness.
The Kindle edition is unreadable. There is an editor’s note about images but it’s much more than that. Sentences run on and are not legible even with magnification. Wading through 100+ pages on a Kindle device to try to decipher content is ridiculous. And, at a cost of $9 Canadian, it’s a complete rip-off.

This book or journal gives you what you need to run a strategy visioning workshop. Like other journals published by FIRMSconsulting, this is a must read, especially for consultants, and executives, and anyone who is facilitating workshops.
