To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Okay, to be fair, it is entitled as being the journal of Min and that is precisely what it is, a tedious journal of the day to day life of the mad mage. It recants Min's struggles with the various entities that now share his mind...in mind numbing detail.
Don't get me wrong. I love the Spellmonger series, but this "book" was a struggle to finish. Yes, there are a few gems within it, but they are few and far between. I won't say that it is an utter and complete waste of time, but I can say that I won't ever bother to read it again.
I have never been more disappointed in a book…. I couldn’t get 1/5th of the way through this continuously confusing introduction to each “personality”. Truly frustrating to wait for the real story to start
