Everyone who sees my keyboard and mouse comment on how cute they are. The pink and white are a definite hit.
I ordered this back in September, I believe, and in May the mouse stopped working for no apparent reason. Because I like this set so much, I reached out to the company to see if I could purchase the mouse on it's own, as the warranty and return time had to be up by now. The got right back to me and within a few days I had a brand new set show up at my door, free of charge. I couldn't believe it.
STELLAR customer service!!
Things to note, the keyboard is a bit clicky, as in, it will make noise when you type, and there isn't a height adjustment on it. It's fairly flat on the desk, which is what I wanted. Easy to clean nice and compact for desk space. Would definitely recommend.

i used this for about 2 months and was really happy with it. super nice keyboard, and really well designed mouse. and then for some reason it just quit working. it's as if the usb wireless connector just quit working. so yeah if you want a poor quality keyboard and mouse, this is the one for you.

I bought this keyboard and mouse combo to pair with my recently purchased laptop. Upon arrival neither the keyboard nor mouse functioned. I followed the trouble shooting instructions, tried different batteries, tried a different USB port, but still it would not connect. Further to receiving a product that did not function, The USB receiver damaged my laptops USB port. Returned for refund.

I thought I found the perfect keyboard mouse combo, but I have barley used it and the mouse no longer works. I have changed the batteries twice. Disconnected everything from the computer and reconnected everything (Taking batteries out, removing USB), still nothing, the mouse is dead. I paid a ridiculous price for something that cannot be used.

No Print Screen Key; Odd Placement of Cursor Keys

It is really unfortunate they design of this keyboard...you have to press FN to be able to use Home, End, etc., and there is no print screen key. If you want to print screen, you have to download something like Snippet...keystrokes don't work no matter what others have said (on a PC anyway). I would have returned this had I kept the box (have had it less than a week). Just going to throw it in the garbage. If you never use Home/End, Print Screen, it has a nice feel; the mouse is not great (had to set the mouse cursor speed to highest).

I enjoyed this product until today (ordered in October 2022 so it hasn't been that long but outside of the window to return). the keyboard simply stopped working. I have tried replacing the batteries and moving the usb position. Disappointing. Mouse still works.
