Everyone who sees my keyboard and mouse comment on how cute they are. The pink and white are a definite hit.
I ordered this back in September, I believe, and in May the mouse stopped working for no apparent reason. Because I like this set so much, I reached out to the company to see if I could purchase the mouse on it's own, as the warranty and return time had to be up by now. The got right back to me and within a few days I had a brand new set show up at my door, free of charge. I couldn't believe it.
STELLAR customer service!!
Things to note, the keyboard is a bit clicky, as in, it will make noise when you type, and there isn't a height adjustment on it. It's fairly flat on the desk, which is what I wanted. Easy to clean nice and compact for desk space. Would definitely recommend.

i used this for about 2 months and was really happy with it. super nice keyboard, and really well designed mouse. and then for some reason it just quit working. it's as if the usb wireless connector just quit working. so yeah if you want a poor quality keyboard and mouse, this is the one for you.

I bought those in October last year. I was super happy with them. They look lovely, I like the minimalistic style, and it looks just like the photos.

When I got it, I tried it right away. I liked how the keyboard feels when I type, and I think the mouse fits well to the hand.

But suddenly, by mid-January, the mouse stopped working. At first, I thought it was batteries, so I changed them. Nothing happened. The mouse kept “turning off” randomly (you can see it in the video). Then, I thought it could be because it's dirty... I don't know... So I cleaned it. But nothing.

I'm pretty sad because I liked the mouse, but... So I'm only giving it two stars because the keyboard still works, otherwise, I would give zero stars. Honestly, 3 months is a such a short lifespan.

I LOVED this product for the first two months I had it. And while I do still enjoy the keyboard the mouse has completely stopped working. I’ve changed the batteries four times and it won’t communicate with my computer anymore. It was never dropped or anything, so it obviously just isn’t high quality. Invest in one with better quality.

My wife loves the design and color of the keyboard and the mouse, from the beginning the mouse did not show the desired performance, but she did not return it because she was delighted with the keyboard, a week later, the keyboard begins to have problems to respond. We already changed the batteries, disconnected it and reconnected to the cpu. and the problems continue.

Bought this 6 months ago and have just given up and ordered a brand-name replacement. Not worth the hassle of having the replace the batteries on the mouse every 2 months. Mouse cursor stutters or simply doesn't respond, keyboard lags. Better off paying more for a quality product.

This keyboard works great but for some reason the mouse seems to die after just a few days with each set of fresh batteries.
Cute set but the constant changing of batteries has me ready to toss the mouse entirely. Disappointing. Also missed the return deadline so I have no recourse. Don't make the same mistake. Buy something a little more expensive, it will probably work better.

I 100% bought this set instead of others because of the color being my exact favorite, and I was/am on a tight budget. This was a mistake.

I am not happy with the product though. The mouse goes into sleep mode, which requires a button click to awake, within 1-10 seconds after the last mouse movement/click. And this happens with fresh batteries too.

The keyboard also has a battery saving software, which isn't changeable as far as I know. It will go to sleep in under a minuute sometimes, and the keypress that wakes it up only gets registered about half the time. Meaning if you pause while typing, often the next letter you type ends up missing.

If I were able to go without a keyboard and mouse for the time it would take to get a refund and a new one, then I absolutely would return this. Unfortunately things are tight after the holidays, and I absolutely need to use my computer daily.

truthfully, I do like the keyboard and the way it feels. however, this is not the first time my mouse has disconnected and i have tried every single solution they provided and none of them have worked. it must be a connectivity issue, but i just purchased this set about a week ago and i've struggled with this mouse and keyboard set every other day i have used it. i would highly suggest looking at other items that are similarly priced but have better reviews.
