Although the TV was as described, it only lasted 5 days before we lost the picture and sound, while watching a Prime program. I called Toshiba service and was informed that I would need to return the unit to Amazon (seller: Best Buy). Disappointed that I need to go through the hassle of repackaging and taking to Canada Post, wait for a refund and re-order a replacement, hoping it doesn't happen again. Overall, not a very satisfying transaction. P.S. First ever problem with something ordered through Amazon.
