Taste and quality was perfect in my keto recipes. Highly recommend it. WARNING: DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO PEANUTS OR ALMONDS. I actually bought 4 packages and only used a bag and a quarter before I realized that I am in fact allergic to Lupin ( I have an almond allergy; couldn't figure out why I was getting hives/welts on my arms until I cut out the Lupin). So I gave away the rest of my bags to a gf who also eats keto but doesn't have nut allergies. I am sad that I cannot eat it because it was so so so so so so damn good, even the flour itself smells nice.
