I've been trying these pills now for a bit over two months and I'm super impressed, the pain and aches in my knees are gone, the aches in my right heel is also gone.
If your pain or aches are in your fingers and toes, I would skip these pills because it hasnt done anything for mine, I've been taking Omega 3 pills for those, and that's what I recommend.
So if knee pain especially, these pills are amazing and I will continue to buy them.
