I really liked the book for the most part. I did find that the ending seemed a little rushed after the first part of the book seemed to drag on. What I could not understand was why Lily never looked for Atlas after moving to Boston if he meant so much to her.
This was a tough subject for the author to write about, but I appreciate her honesty about her own life. I really wanted to like & forgive Ryle myself. I wish there had been more about Atlas other than the "Ellen journals". Colleen Hoover does tend to get me interested in her books on the first or second page, but I have found that some of the last books of hers that I have read seem to lose me a little in the middle. It was nice to read about a woman who was eventually strong enough to make a tough decision.
