Mel Robbins a mis la barre très haute avec ce livre qui changera littéralement votre vie ! En seulement 3 jours je suis passée de snoozeuse professionnelle à me propulser du lit des 6h du matin 😁 Il y a également des tonnes de conseils et astuces sur le courage, la confiance en soi et la peur.
J'ai adoré et je le recommande à quiconque veut changer sa vie !
