Missing Access Code
Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on August 23, 2022Verified Purchase
Everything about this book seems fine, except it's missing the access code. The condition says it's new, but there's not even a strip of paper in the seam that seems like it had one at one point. I will be contacting someone for help with this matter because I cannot use the book without the code.

Code doesn't work
Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on September 3, 2022Verified Purchase
This book we bought brand new so that we could get the access code needed for an additional assignment for class. The code doesn't work, just says invalid. Not sure how to fix this and assignment was due.... Beware, and it's odd because it was sold by Amazon directly.

Counterfeit book with invalid code
Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on March 14, 2022Verified Purchase
This book is counterfeit. If you need to use the code for anything DO NOT buy this book. I just went through the hassle of talking to Norton the publisher of this book to find this out. Which means if you have to do the inquisitive you must buy a code which cost almost as much as this book. You are better off buying this book off of the Norton website.

Pretty good!
Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on August 28, 2022Verified Purchase
I got this textbook for one of my classes, and was excited to get it on time and before the weekend was over. While not completely covered in muck like my other textbook, this one was slightly dirty. Sanitizing wipes solved the problem, and no other faults have been found. I just wish they could take more sanitary precautions in their warehouses. Overall, it’s a good, sturdy book for the semester!
